I had an issue with my order and ended up needing to contact support twice before it was fully sorted out. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, which I appreciate. I’ve had smoother experiences with support in the past, so I was hoping this would be a bit faster and clearer from the start. Overall, it worked out, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Just a heads up for anyone planning to use this outside: mine started fading a lot sooner than I expected. It looked fine at first, but it didn’t really hold up well in the sun/weather. Might be okay for a covered spot or short-term use, but I wouldn’t count on it lasting long outdoors.
